The flat is in Merl and well connected to the whole city. It's close to a large Kaktus shop. It's very spatious. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans which are new and appliances (except for the microwave and a toster). It has heating in the bathroom which is very good as the apartment is in the basement. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher which is very convenient.
The flat is in the basement, some meters under ground. It had a bit of a musty smell, probably because it wasn't heated at that moment. The towels weren't clean. Thankfully, there was a washing machine and washing liquid so they could be washed. There wasn't even a piece of soap, or a kitchen paper towel or a single dishwasher tablet. The mattress on the bed was very, very soft.
